Function: The function of the Little Jonny Paddle Smack is to relieve stress from the noise made by annoying people. To use you just keep hitting the ball onto the face of the paddle to make yourself feel good.
Resources: We will import these from China because they have cheaper prices and very little labor
costs. We started doing this 2 years ago. We started in our tree house and that wasn’t big enough to create the amount of products we wanted so we got a factory in China and started importing and then shipping out of our factory in Gays, Illinois
Marketing: We will target people with stress problems and anger issues. This is a good way to help those people with that problem so then they can be relieved when they are made. They can just pull it out and start to hit the paddle and have fun. We will distribute our product through the land, air, and sea. When they are shipped to the places there will be a truck that takes it places. We will mass produce the product because people will buy it a lot and then we will send it out to the people that want it. We sell online in Amazon, eBay and Paddleface.weebly.com. We will advertise through online ads and radio ads.
Problems: Coming from Illinois there could be a lot of snow storms and could delay the shipping and could cause possible shutdowns. The labor is cheap so that won’t cause a lot of stuff, but the labor cost in America is a lot. We provide health insurance and benefits to our workers so that is costly. If any laws change it could become difficult to supply all that unless we don’t get moving. Domestic and foreign competition might be stronger because they have been in the business longer so they could be higher than us, so it could be harder to get started
